U8 and U10 players @ Saltus

U8 and U10 Saltus players who are part of the League Program are to make their way to the field changing rooms in an appropriate manner. Parent Volunteers (see section 10) will supervise players changing and ensure that each child takes their back-pack and kit bags and leave at the designated point for pick up.

If there is any inappropriate behavior, then the player’s parent will be informed and alternative arrangements will need to be made. Non Saltus U8 and U10 players should make their way to the field directly on entering the Saltus campus.

Players are not allowed to enter any of the school buildings, to use or play with any school equipment and must not interfere with any school activity that might take place on the school premises. If they need to change or use the changing rooms, they shall only use the changing rooms at the field level to the west of the gymnasium building.

The players are not allowed on the field and are required to wait on the bleachers by the equipment room until the coaches are ready to commence the session. A register will be taken at this time.

U8 and U10 players @ NSC who are part of the Development Program will need to make their way to the NSC for the commencement of training at 4.15pm. The players are not allowed on the field and are required to wait by the steps at the field level until the coaches are ready to commence the session. A register will be taken at this time. Players should not be dropped off before 4pm, otherwise we will require parent volunteers to supervise the children.

U12, U14 and U16 @ Saltus. Saltus players must go to an authorized after school program or leave the campus after lessons before their training sessions commences. Players should arrive 15 minutes before the session starts. Players are not allowed on the field and are required to wait on the bleachers for the start of their session. A register will be taken at this time.

Non Saltus U12, U14 and U16 players should make their way to the field directly on entering the Saltus campus and are required to wait on the bleachers for the start of their session. Players are not allowed to enter any of the school buildings, to use or play with any school equipment and must not interfere with any school activity that might take place on the school premises. If they need to change or use the changing rooms, they shall only use the changing rooms at the field level to the west of the gymnasium building.

Only registered Valencia players are allowed to attend training sessions and unsupervised children/teenagers are not allowed to spectate training sessions.

During a training session, no parent is allowed on the field. If you require collection of your child before the end of the session, then contact Coach Bascome or Coach Roberts on the field and they will organize for your child to leave the field.

At the end of U8 and U10 training sessions, all children will be escorted upstairs to the junior school pick up area for collection. Parents are asked not to go on the field to collect their
child. All children must leave the field promptly as they will not be supervised. Parents are asked to sign out their child on collection. Children must be picked up promptly.

If you wish someone else to pick up your child then the Club needs signed authorization. See Appendix 4 for a form to give authorization for someone other than yourself to pick up your child. This form should be returned during registration or to the office.

At the end of U12, U14, U16 training sessions, coaches will sign out players on the field. Children must be picked up promptly. Coaches will ensure that all players have left the premises.

If a child is not picked up within 10 min of their designated pick-up time, we will charge a $2 fee for every minute of tardiness.
